Terms and conditions
What Rebici is responsible for, what the business is responsible for, and where the line between them sits.
Last updated: 22 August 2026
These terms
Rebici is operated by Prometeuz. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Rebici" mean Prometeuz operating the Rebici service.
By creating an account or using either app, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
What Rebici is
Rebici is a loyalty platform. Businesses use it to create and operate loyalty programs. Customers use it to join those programs, collect stamps or points, and receive rewards granted by the business.
There are two apps: Rebici for customers, and Rebici Business for business owners and their employees.
Who can use Rebici
You must be at least 13 to use Rebici. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf and remains responsible for your use of the service.
A business owner must be of legal age and able to enter into a binding contract.
Your account
Customers may begin using Rebici anonymously. Loyalty data attached only to an anonymous session can be lost if the device is lost, which is why we prompt you to link a permanent sign-in method.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. Business owners and employees are responsible for their staff PINs and for the devices they pair, and should remove access promptly when someone leaves.
Each business has exactly one owner. Rewards are granted by the business, not claimed by the customer: a customer cannot initiate or confirm a redemption from their own device.
Rewards are between you and the business
Rebici records that a business granted a reward and that the corresponding stamps or points were deducted. The physical product, discount, service or other real-world benefit is provided by the business, not by Rebici.
The conditions attached to a reward — what it can be combined with, when it can be used, what it applies to — are set by the business in its program terms. Where a customer has unlocked more than one reward, those rewards do not automatically combine; the business’s stated terms decide what applies.
If a business does not honour a reward it granted, that is a matter between you and that business. We will help by showing what our records say, but we cannot compel a business to provide the benefit.
Business responsibilities
Rebici does not verify a business before it becomes publicly visible, and does not require business documents. A business is responsible for the accuracy of the information it publishes, for the programs and terms it creates, and for honouring the rewards it grants.
Each business has exactly one owner. The owner is responsible for the employees and devices they authorise and for the permissions they assign.
Where Rebici offers AI assistance in drafting program terms, the output is a draft. It must be reviewed, edited if needed, and approved by the owner. The business remains responsible for its final terms.
A business agrees to indemnify Prometeuz against claims, losses and costs arising from the programs it runs, the information it publishes, its handling of customer data, and rewards it fails to honour.
Balances and expiry
Balances are determined by Rebici’s servers. A figure shown in an app is a display of that balance, not an independent record of it.
Every loyalty program has an expiry date set by the business that created it. Separately, a business may set a customer inactivity period of between 1 and 12 months, after which an inactive customer’s stamps, points and rewards may expire. By default, loyalty value does not expire from inactivity. Where inactivity expiry is enabled, customers are notified before it takes effect.
Stamps, points and memberships have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to another person.
Fees
Rebici is currently free to use for both customers and businesses.
If we introduce paid features, we will say so clearly before you are charged, and a price change will not retroactively alter the terms of loyalty programs already running.
Acceptable use
Use Rebici for what it is for. In particular, do not do any of the following.
- Obtain, or attempt to obtain, stamps, points, rewards or memberships you have not legitimately earned.
- Interfere with another business’s or another customer’s data.
- Circumvent the permission and authorisation controls in either app, or probe, scan or test our systems without our written permission.
- Use posts or notifications to send content unrelated to the business’s relationship with the customer, or content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.
- Impersonate another person or business, or publish business information you are not entitled to publish.
- Automate access to the service, or resell it, without our written permission.
Content and intellectual property
The Rebici apps, the platform behind them, and the Rebici name and marks belong to Prometeuz. These terms give you permission to use the apps, not ownership of them.
A business keeps ownership of its own name, logo, images and posts, and grants us the licence we need to display them inside the apps and on this website. By uploading them, the business confirms it has the right to do so.
Availability, suspension and termination
We work to keep Rebici available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Loyalty transactions are designed to be idempotent and atomic so that interruptions do not corrupt a balance.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used to defraud customers or businesses, or where we are legally required to.
You can close your account at any time from Settings. Closing an account ends your enrollments and the balances attached to them; they are not restored if you sign up again. What happens to your personal information afterwards is set out in our privacy policy.
If a business closes its account, its programs end. We are not responsible for loyalty value a business chooses to stop honouring, but we will tell affected customers that the programs have ended.
Disclaimers and limits
Rebici is provided as it is. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the businesses that run programs on it — including a business that closes, changes its terms, or declines to honour a reward.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or the value you attribute to unredeemed stamps, points or memberships.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have that cannot be waived under Philippine law, including your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and the Civil Code.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them falls to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before going to court, please write to us at hello@rebicibusiness.com. Most problems are faster to fix that way.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes, and will make the current version available on this page with the date it last changed. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will say so in the app.
Material changes to an active loyalty program should be versioned by the business and communicated to affected customers.
