About

Loyalty should be simple at the counter and serious underneath.

Rebici came out of watching both halves of the problem go wrong: paper cards that customers lose, and digital tools that treat a stamp like a like button.

What we are building

Rebici is a loyalty platform with two apps. Customers use Rebici to hold every program they have joined in one place. Businesses use Rebici Business to run the counter and the back office from the same screen.

Underneath both is a backend that owns the truth. It decides eligibility, calculates points, and writes an immutable record of everything that changes a balance. Phones display balances; they never determine them.

We want the product to feel friendly without being childish, modern without being futuristic, and rewarding without being a slot machine. That tone is a product decision, not a styling one — it shows up in how the flows are built, not only in how they look.

Principles

The rules we hold ourselves to.

These are the actual product principles we build against, not a values page written after the fact.

01

Easy to understand, quick to use

A loyalty program nobody can explain in one sentence does not get used. Neither does one that slows down a queue. Both constraints shaped the counter flow.

02

Every balance change is traceable

Stamps and points represent money the business will eventually give away. Anything that moves them is recorded with who did it, on what device, at which branch, and when.

03

Control without slowing staff down

Owners get permissions, PINs and audit records. Employees get a flow that is three taps. Those two things are not in tension if you design for both from the start.

04

Prevent accidents, not legitimate work

The duplicate-grant check warns and asks for confirmation rather than refusing. A customer who genuinely came back twice still gets their stamp.

05

Rewards are real business value

Not game currency. That is why the business grants a reward rather than a customer claiming one, and why a screenshot of a QR code cannot spend anything.

How we write

Short, direct, and honest about consequences.

The same guidance applies to the apps and to this website.

Say the thing plainly: “You earned 2 stamps.”
State value and conditions: “Redeem for 500 points.”
No gambling language and no manufactured urgency
Explain anything irreversible before it is confirmed
