Account deletion

Delete a Rebici Business account.

You do not need to sign in or have the app installed. We verify the owner email, hold the request for 30 days, then erase identifying Business data.

Inside Rebici Business

Open Settings → Delete account, request the code, then enter the OTP sent to the owner email.

Without the app

Use the secure email form on this page. No login, download, PDF, or support request is required.

30-day grace period

The request is reversible until the deadline.

  1. Day 0

    Email verified

    Deletion is scheduled and the app signs the owner out.

  2. Days 1–29

    Business stays active

    Signing in or reopening the owner account automatically cancels deletion.

  3. Day 30

    Erasure begins

    The processor completes erasure shortly after the deadline.

What is deleted and retained

Deleted

  • Business profile, contact details, and logo
  • Branches and loyalty-program configuration
  • Staff records, roles, and device access
  • Customer enrollments and balances for this business
  • Owner, customer, and employee links in retained activity

Retained

De-identified transaction and audit facts are retained indefinitely for ledger integrity, fraud investigation, and dispute consistency. They cannot identify the owner, customers, staff, branches, or programs.

If the same sign-in is also used for Rebici as a customer, that customer identity and unrelated loyalty data remain. This page covers Rebici Business only.
